What to Expect

We want your first visit to Collective to be as easy and as comfortable as possible! In order to create the best Sunday morning experience for you and your family, we’d love to share more about what to expect when you arrive, when you come inside, and when you head back to our Collective Kids environment with your family.

PARKING: We’re thinking of you from the moment you arrive on site! Not only does Collective offer parking just outside of the Collective Kids entrance, but a golf cart is available for curbside drop-off if you park a bit further away. Our Kids Team Members are available to assist if needed.

CHECK-IN: At our Collective Kids Check-In, you’ll be connected with Collective Kids team members and get checked into the secure environment. One of our Hosts will introduce you to your child’s teacher and inform you of our secure pick-up process, as well as how we’ll connect with you in service should the need arise.

SAFETY: All of our Collective Kids Team Members are background checked prior to serving. They also go through an application and training process so you know your child will always have a safe and meaningful experience while in our care.

PROGRAMMING: We teach age-appropriate biblical truths through music, storytelling, small-group discussion, and hands-on games and activities, and in such a way that connects with your child’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social stage of development. This truly is the best environment for your kids at Collective!
